The founders of Elysian Holos bring a combined 55 years of experience as mental health professionals and holistic health practitioners. We have worked in both secular and faith-based settings. We believe that true and complete freedom and healing are found in the holistic view of therapy and wellbeing, meaning treating the whole person - body, mind, and spirit - rather than focusing solely on symptoms or specific conditions.  In this approach, health is seen as an interconnected system where physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual factors all play a role in a person's overall health as a whole.   Thus, the goal is to address the root causes of health issues, rather than just the symptoms, and promote overall balance and harmony within the individual.
